Low to high viscous products, low to high moisture foods and those containing high or low volumes of particulate can all be cooked in this way.
According to the company, the RotaTherm can produce both UHT and pasteurised products, and achieves high levels of food safety through its precise high temperature short resistance time (HTST) cooking.
