foodpro 2020 postponed to 2021

After many weeks of monitoring the evolving situation around coronvirus (COVID-19), talking to the industry and consulting with its partners, Diversified Exhibitions has made the difficult decision to postpone foodpro 2020. Originally scheduled to run from 5-8 July, 2020, the event will now take place in 2021.

The company said the decision has been difficult due to the importance of this event to our industry. However following the recent Government advice on social distancing, travel restrictions, and the logistics required before the event, postponement is unavoidable.

The success, as well as the safety, of its exhibitors and visitors, has always been its priority and this continues to be the case, they said in a press release. The company will release information from itself and vendors that will include logistical details resulting from this postponement.

Diversified said it is committed to supporting the food manufacturing and processing industry and its customers by offering the option to credit any deposits towards foodpro 2021. In the statement, it also said it fully understoodand appreciated the level of planning that is required to attend foodpro and would like to thank exhibitors, speakers, partners, visitors, and the venue for their continued support and patience during this difficult time.

For more than 50 years foodpro has been bringing together the food manufacturing and processing industry and we will continue to support our community long into the future.
