One of Australia’s original craft breweries, Matilda Bay Brewing Co, will be taking over the taps at Sydney hotspot, Newtown Hotel between Monday 16 September and Monday 21 October.
The four week period will see seven of the brewery’s offerings pouring fresh from the taps, with the entire Matilda Bay range available at the bar.
In addition, the Newtown Hotel will receive a mini makeover for the occasion – resembling the Matilda Bay’s Brewery bar in Port Melbourne.
Matilda Bay brews on tap will include:
- Smash-hit North American pale ale, Fat Yak
- Classic matured apple cider, Dirty Granny
- The recently launched (July 2013) amber ale, Ruby Tuesday
- The recently launched (July 2013) sparkling lager, Little Ripper to be rotated with the original Australian craft beer, Redback
- Summer favourite and hand-cut golden lager, Minimum Chips to be rotated with the malty, cloudy ale, Itchy Green Pants (I.G.P)
To complement the launch, a food and beer matching dinner will also be planned for October 17.
